How do I return an item?

Emailpeaches@peachpops.shopwith your name and the items you wish to return.
We will email you instructions on how to return your item for a credit note, or refund within 24 hours.
Returns must be received within 30 days from the day your order shipped to be eligible for a refund back to your original payment method.

What is your returns policy?

3Did something from your order just not work out for you? No problem!
All returns are free of charge for our customers.
*Shipping is non refundable.

Store Credit

Love it, but need a different size or colour, or pattern? No problem we can offer you store credit, send your item back to us and we’ll organise credit to your original amount.

Credit requests must be received within 30 days of the original order date.
Email us to organise store credit for an item.
*Please note: The original item must be received in its original condition and packaging and follows the same requirements as our Returns Policy. 


Returns must be received within 30 days from the day your order shipped to be eligible for a refund back to your original payment method. You also have the option of receiving a store credit that you can use towards finding something you love. Items must be posted back within 5 business days after being approved for return to ensure they make it within the 30 day return time.
Online returns are processed within 2 business days of receiving.

Items Not Eligible for Refund or Store Credit:

Items marked as final sale.
Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
Returns received in damaged/worn condition.
Returns received after 30 days of the original order shipment date.
Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

Nipple Pasties (even if they are unused)
Face Jewels
Soft Face Masks

Returns Conditions

Items must be received in original condition (unworn/un-washed/un-used) with tags on.
Returns must be received within their 30 days returns period. Please have your order number or details of your order so we can check it against our records. We do not reimburse original shipping costs unless the item was faulty. If you requested a credit note you will be sent a gift card with your credit amount. This cannot be used towards shipping. We do not take responsibility for the return postage costs unless the item was faulty or there was a shipment mistake.

What should I do if my item arrived defective?

We strive to offer you high-quality items, but once in a blue moon, something slips by that is not up to our standards. We're so sorry that your item arrived in less-than-perfect condition!Be sure to contact Sim or Sarah right away if anything is ever amiss with an item. You can DM us on social or contact us via chat from any main page of our website.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and will work with you to help make things right.Keep in mind Many of our items are handmade by Sim in our Peach Pops studio and will have subtle variations that come from making with love. We ship from Sydney Australia, to all around the world with free shipping on all orders over $120. We use Australia Post to send our parcels and their international affiliates. 

Do you have free Shipping?

We offer Free Regular Shipping for orders over $120 in your local currency.
Your peachy goods will be sent in a courier service or Australia Parcel Post and all items will be trackable.

How long does shipping take?

Times and rates may vary and we will update you on your order.

Shipping terms & conditions

Taxes & Duties

All payments of taxes & duties are solely the responsibility of the customer.
Please contact your local Customs Office or government website for further information regarding import taxes which may be applicable to you. 
We DO NOT take responsibility for charges which may be incurred & we are not able to change the value of items listed for customs. 

Lost parcels:

We take great care of your order, however once it leaves our warehouse it is out of our control. We do not take responsibility for orders which are deemed as ‘Successfully Delivered’, lost in the mail or the incorrect address was entered. 

We are NOT able to offer reimbursement for any fault by Australia Post, Star Track or DHL for parcels NOT covered with insurance. 

Parcels returned to us:

If your order has been returned to us due to an insufficient address, or being 'unclaimed', you will be required to pay shipping costs for the item if you wish for it to be resent out. If you do not wish for the items to be resent out, we will not be able to return your original shipping costs paid. We will of course refund the item purchase value. 

Cancellations / amendments:

Once your order has been placed it has therefore begun to be processed & no amendments/cancellations are able to be made. We will do our best to accommodate you if we have yet to process your order. Please contact us at peaches@peachpops.shopfor any order enquiries.

What is the difference between Custom & Bespoke

Custom pieces are handmade by Sim here in Sydney. Many of these are one-offs designed by Sim.

Bespoke means we create items to a creative brief set by you. We craft bespoke captains hats, goggles, hats and headpieces to your design and concept idea. Bespoke items are an awesome idea for special occasions like weddings, hens, milestone birthdays, Mardi Gras and when you want to shine at a festival.

What size am I? How do I use the size chart?

We follow a standardised size chart. You can also check our models measurements as an indication of sizing. Our size chart shows body measurements not garment measurements.

Hat Sizing - How do I measure my head?

To get the measurement for head circumference, follow these steps:

1) Starting at the center of your forehead, pull the tape measure back behind one ear until it reaches the nape of your neck.
2) Pull it around the nape of your neck over your other ear.
3) Bring the ends of tape measure to meet in the center of your hairline at forehead.
4) Record measurement in cm.
