Refunds & Returns
We’re here to help and want to make sure you’re loving your Peach Pops. If you have any questions or concerns you can email us (Sim and Sarah) at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We offer a 10 day returns period for Australian customers & 30 days for our International customers.
HOW TO RETURN AN ONLINE ITEM:
- Email email@example.com with your name, order number & the items you wish to return.
- We will email you instructions on how to return your item for a credit note, refund or exchange within 24 hours.
CONDITIONS ON RETURNS
- For a change of mind exchanges, credit notes or refunds, you will need to pay the return shipping.
- We will pay the return shipping if the item is faulty
- Items must be posted back within 5 business days after being approved for return to ensure they make it within the 10 day return time.
- Online returns are processed within 2 business days of receiving.
- Items must be received in original condition (unworn/un-washed/un-used) with tags on
- Returns must be received within their 10 days & 30 days returns period.
- Please have your order number or details of your order so we can check it against our records.
- We do not reimburse original shipping costs unless the item was faulty.
- If you requested an 'exchange' you will need to pay the shipping cost to have the items sent back out.
- We do not take responsibility for the return postage costs unless the item was faulty or there was a shipment mistake.
YOU CANNOT RETURN:
- Items not in original condition
- Nipple Pasties (even if they are unused)
- Face Jewels
- Soft Face Masks
- Hair extensions
- Custom ordered items
- Gift Vouchers / Gift Cards
We check every item lovingly before we hand pack it and send it on its way to its new peachy owner. If you believe your item is faulty please contact Sim and Sarah at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you can after discovering the fault.
KEEP IN MIND
Many of our items are handmade by Sim and will have subtle variations that come from making with love. Keep in mind that the colours of items may vary slightly on different computer screen displays.
