SHIPPING WITH PEACH POPS
We ship from Sydney Australia to all around the world.
Our order cut off is 2pm AEST.
Please ensure you order is placed before 2pm for same day dispatch. We ship out Monday to Friday. We do not commit to ship out on weekends or public holidays although we often do because we love getting your peachy goodies to you on time.
We offer a regular shipping service for our customers in Australia. We currently do not offer express shipping (but we are working on it).
For Australian and International orders we use Australia Post.
Free Shipping on orders over $120
We offer Free Regular Shipping for orders over $120 in your local currency.
Your peachy goods will be sent in a courier service or Australia Parcel Post and all items will be trackable.
Timeframe: 1-3 Business Days*
We strive for next day delivery to capital cities & major metro areas.
* Please note shipments to Western Australia, Northern Territory & rural areas may take additional time.

All payments of taxes & duties are solely the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local Customs Office or government website for further information regarding import taxes which may be applicable to you. We DO NOT take responsibility for charges which may be incurred & we are not able to change the value of items listed for customs.
Important please note
We take great care of your order, however once it leaves our warehouse it is out of our control. We do not take responsibility for orders which are deemed as ‘Successfully Delivered’, lost in the mail or the incorrect address was entered. We are NOT able to offer reimbursement for any fault by Australia Post, Star Track or DHL for parcels NOT covered with insurance. If you wish to insure your parcel to be covered should there be a problem during the shipping process, please contact us to obtain your insurance quote. You will need to pay this amount on top of any shipping costs. We will always endeavour to help you where we can.
If your order has been returned to us due to an insufficient address, or being 'unclaimed', you will be required to pay shipping costs for the item if you wish for it to be resent out. If you do not wish for the items to be resent out, we will not be able to return your original shipping costs paid. We will of course refund the item purchase value.
Cancellations / amendments:
Once your order has been placed it has therefore begun to be processed & no amendments/cancellations are able to be made. We will do our best to accommodate you if we have yet to process your order. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for any order enquireries.
A note on shipping timeframes:
The shipping timeframes listed above are from the day your order SHIPPED not the day you placed your order.
These timeframes also do not include PRE ORDER items, which have their own specific delivery date.
Any delays surrounding the delivery of your parcel relating to customs clearance/holiday periods etc are outside of our control however we always do our best to get your items to you as quickly as we can.
